2024 is the 52nd year of of Blessing of the Bikes!
Over 50 years ago, Rev. Fr. Dave Hawley of St. Ann Catholic Church in Baldwin blessing eight riders and four motorcycles for a safe riding season. Today Blessing of the Bikes draws thousands of motorcyclists to Baldwin each year on the third weekend of May to kickoff Lake County’s busy summer season.
Lake County Chamber provides businesses, organizations, and even individuals with the opportunity to place a banner on the fencing of the event’s Baldwin Airport location along M37. Fence Sponsors support this annual event that is critical to the local economy, while capturing the attention of M37 travelers for six weeks, and Chamber website visitors for a full year.

Non-Profits: If you would like to be included on the Fence, please attend a Chamber meeting (First Tuesday 6pm) to provide program information.

If you have a banner that you would like to have the Chamber add to the Fence we are asking you to drop it off at the Chamber office by April 10, 2024. The fee for this will be $125.00 for any size banner you supply. It must have grommets for attaching to the fence. Your banner will be returned to you after they are removed. No Other Banners Will Be Allowed.

Anyone that had a large banner ad in 2023 can have the same banner put up in 2024 for half price (12’X4’ for $100) (24’X4’ for $200).
