“The 5th Annual Idlewild Juneteenth Parade. We made it 5 years and it’s growing. This year the spotlight is on the children. We’re calling out the parents to put their children in the parade. We need doctors, nurses, contractors, tree cutters, machine operators, DNR, police officers, lawyers, firefighters and most definitely politicians etc…
We have a few things to start with and we welcome any donations. The goal is to see the little faces of our youth lit up with smiles marching down lake Dr. Imagine the array of skills displayed by all children. You can help us make this a memorable and educational Idlewild legacy event for our youth. Call to inquire/donate/participate/join”
