Hollister Senior Center – Narcan use for lifesaving – Free Event

Join us this Friday, June 26 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hollister Senior Center for free training on the use of Narcan as a lifesaving tool.  Please pre-register at 231-745-6965.   We would like to get a count of who will be attending this event.  If unable to pre-register you may still come to this free event, however, registering is preferred.   You may not think this is something you need to know how to do, however, Narcan, if administered correctly, will save people’s lives.   Many seniors are on pain killers and it is easy to forget if you have taken your pain medication and having an accidental overdose.  Narcan is often the answer!!  And knowing how to use it is imperative in an overdose situation.
